Reports to: C-Suite Director/ Network Director

Salary Range: 38,000

Location: London, UK

Network Momentum & Growth

  • Drive energy and momentum in the network to attract new members.
  • Manage accounts effectively to drive renewal rates and revenue.
  • Promote the value of the network and support business development.
  • Increase average account spend and seek revenue growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the C-Suite Director to achieve revenue targets.

Relationships & Delivering Value to Members

  • Understand member roles, their operations, and challenges.
  • Support members and their teams using Winmark’s resources.
  • Encourage member engagement with the platform and app.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with network partners.
  • Ensure excellent management of network data and member engagement.
  • Identify content and social media opportunities to add value.
  • Collaborate with the team to support research and other products/services.

World Class & Reputation 

  • Deliver outstanding meetings and events that inspire members.
  • Maintain Winmark’s excellent operational reputation.
  • Demonstrate understanding of customer challenges and market trends.
  • Act promptly on feedback and account communications.
  • Identify opportunities for content and entrepreneurial activities.
  • Work closely with the team and share improvement ideas.

Winmark Best Practice

  • Provide accurate renewal forecasting and maintain comprehensive CRM information.
  • Develop and maintain account details, including meeting/call notes.
  • Collaborate and assist the Winmark team as needed.
  • Adhere to Winmark’s policies and values.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in developing, maintaining, and growing accounts.
  • Ability to deliver at a World Class level and achieve results.
  • Genuine interest in helping leaders improve.
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Finance background or finance-related degree preferred.
