Salary Range: 38,000

Network Momentum & Growth

• Proactively generate new business opportunities in line with KPIs set by the business, including new member acquisition, upselling and cross-selling

• Develop a substantial sales pipeline of at least x4 sales target for the financial year

• Meet or exceed monthly revenue numbers in addition to annual quota

• Negotiate with the client to ensure all business (multi-product/service offerings) is profitable

Relationships & Delivering Value to Members

• Initiate, maintain and grow relationships with clients at all levels by focusing on decision makers, influencers and senior level executives within the organisation

• Identify issues and opportunities with customers and coordinate relevant Winmark resources to address.

• Clearly demonstrate the value proposition and ROI for each opportunity and position Winmark as a long-term partner to the client

• Manage and participate in the production delivery of presentations, demonstrations, proposals and tenders.

 

World Class & Reputation 

• Understand and demonstrate understanding of customer business challenges, internal political environment, market trends, competition and partners that may affect the client’s business and decision making

• Assist in the development of custom solutions and applying these to progress standard (‘out of the box’) and non-standard (bespoke) opportunities in collaboration with the wider team.

Winmark Best Practice

• Provide accurate forecasting to within +/- 5% for renewals per quarter.

• Ensure CRM information is always comprehensive and up to date.

• Develop and maintain account details for all assigned accounts, including meeting / call notes.

• Actively seek the help of the Winmark team in any area you might need it and lend a hand to help others in the team.

• Abide by Winmark’s policies and values in letter and spirit.

Desired Skills & Experience

• A solid track record in business development/membership recruitment with minimum of 3 years’ track record of success in C-Suite sales activity

• Evidence of generating new business through prospecting and targeting of organisations

• Track record of driving high levels of business growth across multiple product lines

• Demonstrable experience of developing/managing the sales funnel from upstream marketing and lead generation to winning and closing opportunities of £50k+

• A charismatic, confident individual with excellent communication skills and well developed emotional intelligence

• Polished, articulate, and credible with a diverse group of stakeholders

• Strong networking, influencing and relationship building skills

• Goal-oriented, driven, self-motivated team-player

• Experience of using Salesforce is preferable
